These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and legal relationship between the Platform Operator and any individual who visits, browses, or uses the website ceecasting.com or submits an application through the online registration and casting system.

By accessing this website, interacting with the age-gate interface, or submitting a registration form, you unreservedly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using this website, its subpages, and its services.

1. Platform Operator & Legal Identity

The internet platform ceecasting.com and all associated production operations are managed and operated by:

2. Strict Age Restriction (18+) & Prohibition of Minors

The website contains explicit adult entertainment content and marketing materials. It is strictly intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Providing false age information, manipulating the age-gate interface, or attempting to register as a minor constitutes a severe breach of these Terms. If the Operator suspects or discovers that an applicant is under 18, all associated personal data, metadata, and files will be immediately and permanently purged from all systems, and the application will be rejected without further notice.

3. Registration, Mandatory Verification Photo, and Casting Process

Applicants seeking to engage in casting procedures must provide fully accurate, truthful, and complete personal data. As part of the digital casting process, every applicant is strictly required to upload a mandatory Verification Selfie.

  • This photo must clearly show the applicant’s face while holding a physical piece of paper with the handwritten text “CEE Casting” and the current date.
  • Digital alterations, text overlays, or filters on the verification photo are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.
  • A physical, government-issued identification document (ID card or Passport) verification is mandatory on set in Bratislava prior to the commencement of any production or contract signing.

4. Production Environment & Companion Policy

All scheduled shoots operate strictly under a professional solo production model featuring a male producer/performer. To ensure maximum safety, psychological comfort, and transparency, models are fully entitled and encouraged to bring one (1) female companion to the set. The companion may remain present in the designated guest area of the production facility throughout the entire duration of the booking.

5. Financial Compensation & Covered Travel Expenses

Standard financial compensation for a successfully completed scene is from €600, which is paid entirely in cash on set immediately following the conclusion of the production and execution of the Model Release Agreement.

  • The Operator covers and reimburses legitimate, pre-approved travel and lodging expenses for both the model and her approved female companion.
  • All travel arrangements must be coordinated and verified with the Operator prior to departure.

6. Attendance Policy, Cancellations, and Contractual Penalties

Once a production date, time, and travel arrangement are mutually confirmed via email or encrypted messaging, the schedule becomes legally binding.

  • Unexcused cancellations, failure to arrive on set (no-show), or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot cause severe financial and operational disruptions.
  • In such events, the applicant incurs a mandatory contractual obligation to reimburse the Operator for all direct losses (including non-refundable flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, and studio rentals) plus a fixed €150 cancellation fee, and the applicant will be permanently blacklisted from the network.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Distribution

All audio-visual materials, photographs, behind-the-scenes content, and digital media captured during production remain the exclusive and absolute intellectual property of the Operator. Commercial distribution, licensing, copyright ownership, and performer rights are strictly governed by a separate, comprehensive Model Release Agreement which must be physically signed by the performer on set before production begins.

8. Security, Technical Logging, and Data Protection

To protect the infrastructure, prevent fraudulent submissions, maintain system security, and establish a valid legal audit trail for age verification, the platform automatically logs technical metadata—including IP addresses, browser configurations, operating systems, and submission timestamps. Data processing is handled strictly in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Operator’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, the website operations, and all pre-contractual casting interactions are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes, disagreements, or legal claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

10. Modifications & Updates

The Operator reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to reflect technical, operational, or legal changes. Any such modifications become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the website or submission of casting forms following the publication of updates constitutes your formal acceptance of the amended Terms.
