These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and legal relationship between the Platform Operator and any individual who visits, browses, or uses the website ceeauditions.com or submits an application through the online registration and casting system.
By accessing this website, interacting with the age-gate interface, or submitting a registration form, you unreservedly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using this website, its subpages, and its services.
1. Platform Operator & Legal Identity
The internet platform ceeauditions.com and all associated operations are managed by Marcel Havlík – Marcello Production (Company ID: 56 748 493), registered in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Contact: production@ceeauditions.com.
2. Strict Age Restriction (18+) & Prohibition of Minors
The website contains explicit adult content and is strictly for individuals aged 18 or older. Providing false age information is a severe breach, and data from suspected minors is immediately deleted.
3. Registration, Mandatory Verification Photo, and Casting Process
Applicants must provide accurate data and upload a mandatory Verification Selfie holding a paper with “CEE Auditions” and the current date. Physical ID verification is required on set in Bratislava before production.
4. Production Environment & Companion Policy
Shoots operate under a solo production model with a male producer/performer. Models are fully entitled to bring one female companion for safety and comfort.
5. Financial Compensation & Covered Travel Expenses
Standard compensation is €500 per scene, paid entirely in cash on set. The Operator covers travel and lodging for both the model and an approved female companion.
6. Attendance Policy, Cancellations, and Contractual Penalties
Confirmed schedules are legally binding. Unexcused cancellations under 48 hours incur reimbursement of direct losses plus a €150 cancellation fee and permanent blacklisting.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Distribution
All audio-visual materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator. Commercial distribution terms are governed by a separate Model Release Agreement signed on set.
8. Security, Technical Logging, and Data Protection
The platform automatically logs metadata (IP address, timestamp) to prevent fraud. Data processing complies with EU GDPR and the Operator’s Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
10. Modifications & Updates
The Operator may update these Terms at any time without prior notice, effective immediately upon publication.
